Terms & Conditions

It is the clients' responsibility to make sure they have read, understand, and comply with the terms & conditions before completing their purchase. Please ask any questions you may have prior to payment/beginning of work.

Process

Communication is of utmost importance to me during the design process. So to begin, I send each client a small questionnaire to fill out, which will help me to get to know you and your business along with any ideas you may have about what you're looking for (or not) in your design/s. Your design project will be 100% customized to you and your business. My goal is to create a design that reflects your style and personality, and represents your company and product well. 

For logo and business cards, I will design up to 3 concepts for your review, and then we will revise the design of your choice until we both love it!

Time to Completion

I will let you know when I will be beginning work on your project, and will always keep you abreast of where you are in the queue. If timing is an issue, please let me know upfront so we can discuss options.

Once designing begins, turn-around time is typically anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the amount of revisions and intricacy of the design. You'll always be kept updated on our progress as we go.

Hours of Service

As a WAHM, my design time revolves around naps and bedtime, and my 'business days' are Monday-Friday.  Which means I am available via email Monday-Friday...if you contact me over the weekend, I'll get back to you as soon as possible when the work week begins again.  Again, communication is a key part of this design experience, but please understand that the weekends are for family!

Payment

For all projects quoted at $150 and above, a deposit of half of the quoted price is required to begin the design process, with the other half due upon completion (though many clients prefer to pay everything up front, and this is fine as well). Otherwise payment in full is due up front. Once the balance is paid in full, all files will be released to the client. If I'm installing a website for you, the balance will need to be paid prior to uploading.

I accept all forms of payment via Paypal. Please note that if you'll be paying with e-Check, work will begin on your design project once I've been notified by Paypal that your e-Check has cleared.

Intellectual Property

The Client must not modify or edit a design without prior written consent by Tracey French Designs.

The Client guarantees that any graphics, text, designs or any other information submitted to me are owned by the Client, or that the Client has written permission to use them.

Termination/Cancellation

There are no refunds for client’s cancellation.

Credit & Linkback

All web designs will display a small credit link to Tracey French Designs. The Client guarantees that the credit and linkback will not be removed or modified. If the Client would prefer not to have the credit and linkback displayed on their website, a one-time fee of $1,000US will apply.

Portfolio

I reserve the right to use your completed design and any additional graphics created for your design in my Portfolio as a represention of my previous work. If you'd like, I'm happy to link this/these items to your website.

While I don't offer printing services, I'm happy to pass along vendors that previous clients have been pleased with.
